I can ensure the Railcars are fully stocked, fueled and serviced including all the paperwork needed and contacts made before the train ever leaves the station. While enroute I use my 25 years of Culinary knowledge to deliver statisfying healthy meals. I have a staff of servers and car attendants ready and on call.
